LOCATION: The property is located at 6260 County Road 25 in Orland, California.

DESCRIPTION: The property consists of 346 gross acres. 305 of the acres are planted to Almonds in two blocks. Block one was planted in 2019 and consists of 80 acres of Independence on Krymsk Rootstock with a 23’x14′ spacing. Block 2 was planted in 1996 and consists of 225 acres of Nonpareil (50%), Butte (25%), Sonora (12.5%), Carmel (6.25%), and Padre (6.25%) on Lovell Rootstock with a 22’x18′ spacing. The remaining 42.26 acres are ancillary including headlands, roads, ditches, and approximately 10 acres of dry pasture along the north side of the property.

WATER: The water sources consists of three deep ag wells and surface water from the Orland Artois Irrigation District. The combined well output is over 4,000 GPM. The orchard is irrigated in one set via micro sprinklers.
