Randy Khagura
Randy is a born and raised resident of Yuba City, California. He grew up in a family of five where he and his siblings spent their days working in the family orchards. As a young teenager, he started a commercial harvesting business specializing in almonds and walnuts. As an enterprising young man, he was still able to graduate top of his High School. Randy went on to double major in Managerial and Agricultural Econ at the University of California Davis. After graduating in 1998 he moved back to Yuba City where he simultaneously grew his commercial harvesting business, developed and operated restaurants, and worked as a field rep for Cal Fruit. After successfully selling the restaurants he decided to try his hand at real estate. In 2004, Stromer was fortunate to have Randy join the team as a broker.
Through the years Randy has developed an impressive contact list that has assisted clients with development projects, new acquisitions, and finding the perfect buyer. His background has made putting together budgets and client projections effortless, giving them the tools necessary to make a successful business decision. In the last ten years, Randy has found a niche in developing residential and commercial properties.
