Pat Laughlin
Pat is a lifetime resident of Sutter County. His childhood was spent roaming the Sutter Buttes on his family’s cattle ranch, where he learned the importance of a hard day’s work. Pat studied Civil Engineering at Chico State University and graduated in 1989. Shortly after graduating college, he acquired his broker’s license in 1990. Until 1997, he worked as a civil engineer and real estate developer, always preparing him to handle various transactions when he joined Stromer Realty. In 2001, Pat became a partner in Stromer’s and took this company to the next level, selling hundreds of millions in farms and ranches. Pat also practices what he preaches; since 2011, he has been farming walnuts and is heavily involved in commercial developments.
Pat is well known for solving the most complex transactions. If you have the pleasure of working with him, you’ll realize there is always a solution. He has been an excellent mentor, partner, and friend to the Stromer Realty group.
