Fred Southam
Fred is a born and raised resident of Princeton, California. After spending his youth working on the family farm, he attended Chico State University and studied Ag Business while being a member of the Lamda Pi fraternity. Not only has he been with Stromer Realty for the past nineteen years, but he has farming experience that dates back to the 1950s. Over Fred’s extensive farming career, he grew rice, walnuts, grain, and a variety of other row crops. Fred’s diverse agricultural portfolio has given him an advantage in understanding the industry.
Fred believes knowing the history of a property is vital to a successful sale. He has been known to spend hours with local assessors, researching properties in order to help clients feel confident in their purchases.
