LOCATION: The property is located in the northern half of the legendary Butte Sink.  The Butte Sink is a very large natural seasonal marsh which is famous for its excellent waterfowl hunting since the turn of the century.  The Butte Sink is located approximately 45 miles north of our state capitol, Sacramento.

INGRESS & EGRESS: The property is easily accessed via Highway 20 to West Butte Road and then to North Butte Road.  Highway 20 intersects Interstate 5 in Williams to the west and Highway 99 to the east in Yuba City.

MEMBERSHIP:  There are twenty-five (25) members in the property.  Each member owns a 1/25^th ownership interest.

PROPERTY SIZE & TOPOGRAPHY:   The entire property consists of 1,432 assessed acres, more or less.   The entire property, excluding the clubhouse compound, is pristine seasonal marsh.

CLUBHOUSE:  This membership comes with a very nice elevated living quarters.  Also the property has a beautiful main clubhouse where the members meet to dine together, pick blind locations, and socialize with one another.

BOATING/BOAT HARBOR:  Just across from the clubhouse compound is a very nice boat harbor.  From the boat harbor each member can easily access the hunting grounds through the boat channel system.

SHOOTING COURSE:   To sharpen your shooting skills, the club offers a skeet shooting course.  If you are a little rusty on your shooting skills, a couple of times through the course will get you ready for the season.

PROXIMITY TO OTHER CLUBS: The Wild Goose Duck Club with its great location borders some of the best clubs in the Butte Sink.  Just west of the Wild Goose lies the White Mallard Duck Club.  To the south lies the Berry Patch Duck Club and to o the east lies the Brady Duck Club.  In addition the property is about one-half mile west from the sanctuary area of the Graylodge State Waterfowl Refuge.  During the season thousands and thousands of waterfowl rest on this sanctuary.

MANAGEMENT: The property is professionally managed by one of the best duck club managers in the state.  The hunting grounds are absolutely beautiful.

MINERAL, OIL & GAS RIGHTS:  The mineral, oil, and gas rights along with storage rights are not included in the sale.

TRANSFER FEE: The club transfer fee shall be split 50-50 with Buyer and Seller.  The transfer fee is in addition to the sales price.
