INGRESS & EGRESS: From The city of Orland travel east on Hwy 32 4.8 miles to County Road 5.  Turn right on County Road 5 and travel 1.5 miles to County Road 20.  Turn right on County Road 20 and travel 0.7 miles.  Make a left on the gravel easement road that takes you to the subject property.

SOILS: According to the Soil Survey for Glenn County, the farm is comprised of  55 percent wyo loam deep grade #1 soil and is considered excellent soil.  The other 45 percent is comprised of cortina very gravelly sandy loam, moderately deep and wyo gravelly loam, moderately deep over gravel grade #4 soil.

IRRIGATION:  The subject property is irrigated by micro-jet sprinklers.  It has an ag well with a 15 hp submersible pump as well as district water from the Orland User water district with an allotment of 3 acre feet.
