Our firm has been active in agricultural real estate since 1947.
We specialize in the listing and sale of row crop farmland, rice
land with duck hunting, cattle grazing foothill land, mountain
meadow pasture, and all types of orchards and vineyards. Here in
Northern California, the farmers raise abundant crops of peaches,
pears, walnuts, almonds, pistachios, plums, prunes, kiwi, and grape
vines.
Our firm is in daily contact with the largest farm
lending institutions in the United States. Most of the farms we sell
have a 60 to 70% borrowing power. We have access to 24-hour money in
the event a buyer's money is temporarily not available.
Many representatives of the Stromer Realty Company of California have masters degrees in agriculture and business economics; most come from families actively engaged in agriculture. Therefore, their technical education can be put to practical use in this business.
